A certain senator – a spokesman for the Republican party on family values – is in hot water at the moment in the US for intercubicle comms in Minneapolis Airport. Apparently he was asking for some help with an issue he had. Unfortunately he was asking an undercover policeman and subsequently landed himself in the poop. It is so like little Britain here now. Politicians defending themselves from being caught in the act of soliciting – allegedly.
Well not really allegedly, the senator pled guilty to an unspecific offense. Now he says he is innocent. Like George Michael was… at least George was man enough to face his charges.

It is amazing how life is about evolution and not revolution. My brother has just been made Principal Teacher of English at his school. He is an example to all those who believe that all that matters in life is to get up one more time than you fall. He left school without a formal qualification in English (it’s his native language by the way), went back years later to get a qualification, fell in love with the language and ended up teaching it.
Hats off to all of you who keep doing what you have to to get through this evolution. This life. Congrats bro.

The thing about blogging is that you need to do it every few days or you are at risk of losing the blog thread. This leads to a lot of blank entries. By blank entries I mean the entries that have a few words but are really only exercises in space filling.
“I like cheese”, would be one such example. In actual fact, I do like cheese but it’s hardly worth bothering to write about food preferences. After all, I’m hardly a food critic – too much like taking your work home with you for me.

The anonymity of blogs is overwhelming. The action of writing to a blogspace is like keeping a private journal somewhere where everyone can read it and no-one chooses to.
I am going to try to be good and update this one but I know I won’t. We’ll see.
